Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.- JOB SUMMARY:This position will be responsible of leading the drive to successfully launch different Lean projects oriented to develop the Operational Excellence strategy and the Shingo Principles.- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:BS/MS in Engineering or related degree 1+ year of experience in Lean Manufacturing Robust technical problem solving skills. English Language Proficiency Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Must be proficient with documenting and conveying technical information. Strong program management skills with the ability to lead multiple programs at the same time.
