Engineer, Material

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, logistics related major is better but not necessarily.
- Experience in Automotive Industry as a materialengineer minimum 3 years.
- Advanced English.

**Knowledge**:

- Be familiarwith EXCEL, Have a good master of excel functions: "Vlookup", Sumif", "Mid", "If", "WeekNum", "Count".
- Be familiar with the SAP Warehouse Operations

**Responsibilities**:
1. Convert the customer forecast into raw material forecast, release the forecast to the suppliers, and confirm the supplier's production capacity can cover the forecast order.

2. Making purchasing plan, timely adjusting the order according to production and inventory requirements, following the supplier deliver orders and ensuring that materials meet production requirements.

3. Follow up the transportation arrangementof suppliers, ensure the timely delivery of orders, control the transportation expenses, and finishmonthly reports.

4. Provide material support for new product projects and be responsible for raw material purchasing and following confirmation after PPAP, ensure that the material schedule conformsto the project schedule.

5. According to the customer's order requirements and the supplier's quality, control the raw material inventory in a reasonable range, reduce the WIP inventory, and realize lean production.

6. Responsible for Finish goods document making and customs declaration. Understandcustoms affairs, commodity inspection, inspection and quarantine and other laws and regulations as well as the latest customs clearance policy, keep good communication with the customs.

7. Establish the production data and BOM in ERP system.

8. Lead the team to review Bom and updated the Bom in ERPsystem.

9. Organize cycle count for raw materials and finish goods every month, submit the inventoryreport, follow up the measures for the material discrepancy.
