That's why our customers rely on Molex to help them master change and create the most important breakthroughs through powerful innovation, engineering excellence, end-to-end supply chain optimization, and world-class manufacturing capabilities.**Description**- Serve as the point of contact between the manufacturing site and the different customers or design centers to obtain information for regular production products.- Perform the analysis, design, costing and evaluation of tools, machinery and process required for mass production products.- Coordinate and collaborate with the different areas (quality, design, maintenance, testing, manufacturing, planning) to meet the customer requirements according to documentation and records applicable to the function in compliance with the requirements of the organization's quality management system.**Responsibilities**- Screen Printer, SPI, Oven and Wave Solder profile and program creation.- Press FIT product and profile creation.- Creation for visual aids, toolings, PokaYokes and all the devices needed for production runs.- Hand shake with NPI team, receive the new products from NPI stage to Mass production.- Validation of tooling and equipment in accordance with good manufacturing practices- Follow up to the KPIs for the PCBA Area (DT, Scrap, Yield)- Optimization of processes to achieve the OTD- Production line support for new and transferred products- Use and Knowledge of the Advanced Planning of the Quality of a Product. (APQP)- Application of Six Sigma and Core tools- Daily validation for oven and wave profiles- Monthly meetings with customers to follow up for requirements**_Experience_**- Previous knowledge in Manufacturing and/or Process Engineering- Six Sigma background- Good at report editing capability- Deep Knowledge for Press Fit programming- Previous knowledge for HLA and special requirements as EDCS- Deep knowledge for Wave Solder and SMT Processes- Deep Knowledge for Coating Processes- Fiber Optic Processes and technologies (knowledge is a must, experience highly desired)- Coordination, execution, monitoring, and problem solving in projects
