Indirect reports to this position includethe #Owners# of action plan activities**Responsibilities**:#Accountability will be measured based on assignment the achievement of desired results.##Directs, implements, coordinates and/or executes activities required by the specific assignment.##Responsible for the control of capital expenditures and expense spending related to the specific assignment.##Responsible for the processes sustainment fixtures, SOP,FEMA,CTQ,##Responsible for lean sustainment LDM ##Responsible for VST VSM,3P,SW,VRK,TPM,SMED,TPI,TVSM##Responsible for delivery schedules, task progress.##Responsible for productivity projects to sustain the manufacturing processes##Set up ERP/MRP part number structures, routings, and BOMs for new products.##Assist new products introductions to fit in to the lean culture##Assist key personnel, project lead engineers, and/or Operations management in determination of work scope, tasks, schedules, and budgets.##Must be Able to Interact with R&D Engineers (Electrical and Mechanical) to sustain or improve current processes##Train manufacturing staff on assembly and test**Required Skills and Experience**#BS/MS degree in ME/EE/Mfg. or other related Science/Engineering field##Softs skills assertive communication (English and Spanish Preferred). Must have skills and the ability to effectively execute projects through indirect reports.##experience 1 to 3 Years in manufacturing processes specifically Interconnect Systems ( Copper/ Fiber)##Abilityto work well with others - teamwork, cooperation, respect, and integrity, and excellent communication.##Ability to logically document and solve problems and to keep projects moving##Must be a self-motivated, organized and strong communicator##Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality improvement methods.##Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.##Strong analytical and problem solving skills
