Engineer Project Coordinator

International Railway Company is searching for:
**Engineer Project Coordinator (RAMS ENGINEER)**

Job responsibilities:

- Representing the Company in RAMS management meetings with stakeholders: Meet with the project client (Government institutions), supervision party, and ISA (third party contracted by the client for safety and RAMS analysis).
- Internal RAMS Work Management: Organize meetings to discuss the progress and challenges of Level 1 and Level 2 RAMS work; communicate RAMS strategies, methods, and format requirements, as well as feedback any emerging issues; convey the RAMS management requirements from the client, supervision party, and ISA.
- Supplier RAMS Management: Conduct regular meetings to discuss technical issues of Level 2 subsystem RAMS activities, including analysis methods and techniques; discuss audit opinions from the supervisor and ISA and the corresponding responses.
- RAMS Deliverable Management: Publish the weekly status of Level 2 subsystem RAMS deliverables and follow up on the progress of document submissions.
- RAMS Verification Management: Responsible for RAMS verification and FRACAS management system, as well as the RAMS indicators specified in the contract.
**Education**:

- Civil Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Automotive systems engineer or related.
**Requirements**:

- Advanced oral and written English.
(Chinese is a plus)
- Minimum of 3myears of experience in construction, supervision, and coordination of railway projects.
- ISA safety supervision and RAMS management/coordination
