**LOCATION**:Acuna / Coahuila (MX-COA), Mexico | **BRAND**: Bendix | **REQUISITION ID**:3898 | ** JOB GRADE**: 15**JOB DESCRIPTION**:**Position Summary**: Quality Engineer responsible to implement projects related to quality initiatives to facilitate the execution and monitoring of quality processes at the plants.**Essential Functions**:- Create and maintain QA department dashboards at all Site levels- Develop and maintain databases needed to collect Quality information for KPIs and KAIs- Develop and maintain traceability quality processes- Provide MCR reports and follow up on actions with actions owners- Drive projects to improve the digitalization of the QA department processes- The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect- Support PSA Activities and procedures with team members- Perform all those activities that by the nature of the position are required**Management & Supervisory Responsibilities**:- Report directly to Site QA Manager.- Job **is** **NOT directly** responsible for managing other employees (e.G., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management).**Knowledge**:- Working knowledge of database management tools (SQL preferred)- Microsoft Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint, access.
