Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.In this role you will support the Quality Management System to guarantee our customer requirements.Role Responsibilities:- Coordinate, maintain and improve the quality management system (customer-oriented, support and management process)._- Coordinate internal, external and customer audits, and lead the closure of non-conformities._- Promote quality culture based on applicable international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)._- Coordinate document control._- Lead root cause analysis and action plan to respond nonconformities._- Perform audits, including closing findings, creating results reports, and determining appropriate corrective and preventive actions._- Coordinate metrology laboratory._- Monitor and evaluate the performance of technicians and quality inspectors._Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field- 3 years of Quality Engineering experience- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949- Strong computer skills-Microsoft Office- Intermediate English (able to maintain conversation).Preferred Qualifications:- _ Certified ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 auditor._- Core Tools knowledge.- Experience on metrology (GD&T, Metrology training).- LEAN/Six Sigma knowledge.- Problem solving training (8D, DMAIC, PDCA, A3).Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.
