RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Engineer Quality**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey**Function**: Quality Engineering**Main Responsabilities**:- Manage and monitor quality performance.- Risk identification and mitigation plan in each phase.- Discussion and alignment on identified risks and execution plan through SFMEA, DFMEA, Design Reviews, DPAR, PFMEAs.- Conducts audits of new and existing processes to determine manufacturing capability and adherence to accepted quality practices- Document quality issues in the Corrective Action System and drive resolution through CAR for Dealer, Warranty and factory issues.- Identify and work on improvement and innovation projects of quality engineering in alignment with units.- Facilitates and writes quality procedures and guidelines.- Investigates product, process and unit quality problems, determines root cause for quality problems, gathers and analyzes data, resolves/facilitates resolution and implements corrective action to reduce or eliminate non-value waste resulting from non-conformances, scrap or reclaim- Assists in identifying, communicating and resolving supplier quality problems. Engages in supplier quality plan formulation as necessary- Provides training and/or supervision to co-workers, inspectors, technicians and auditors on quality procedures and tools to monitor critical processes to assure consistent control and/or to implement cost-saving ideas to improve our products to meet customer expectations**What Skills You Need**:- Knowledge on Quality Integration process and experience on Quality planning activities.- Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics, Problem resolution tools such as 8D´s.- Knowledge in Drawing and schematic interpretation and product models.- Good Level of English language domain.- Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis- Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau, etc. (don't need to be power user in all, but familiar and willing to learn).**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Good communication skills.
