Job DescriptionPrepare lesson plans, course outlines, schedules, and assignments. Need to identify the main objectives and skills or concepts that participants need to learn.Have to explain key concepts and principles, and create assignments or hands-on activities to allow everyone to develop practical skills.Evaluates and identifies areas needing improvement.Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually.Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.ResponsibilitiesTechnical training teaches the skills needed to design, develop, implement, maintain, support or operate a particular technology or related application, product or service.Assesses training needs.Plans or participates in developing training course objectives.Obtains training materials.Presents training/instruction to both groups and individuals.Evaluates training effectiveness.Maintenance of training records and resource library.QualificationsSkills:Advanced technical skill in e-learning and trainings.Specialized Knowledge of security courses and mandatory courses.Strong teaching and mentoring experience.Computer skills and familiarity.Great communication and interpersonal skills.RequirementsBachelor's Degree.At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a technical trainer, training specialist or a similar role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
