Engineering Administrator

Job Description

Engineering Administrator related work assignments with most of the support going to the Facilities and Equipment Design Groups that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in organizing information and resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
Normally receives mínimal instruction on routine work, and general instructions on new assignments and is expected to complete work with limited supervision.
Activities that relates to this position includes but are not limited to:

- Create shopping carts for MRO & parts for equipment fabrication
- Track invoices and generate shopping carts to pay Utility & Rental bills
- Manage inventory of technician uniforms
- Track weekly cost center financial statements
- Coordinate vendor and customer visits
- Support data capturing & metrics generation
- Support creation of presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements & trip expense reports

Position Requirements:

- English speaking
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- People Oriented
- Experience using MS Office
- Advanced knowledge on excel and Share-Point Management is desired
- Minimum of 3 year's experience or equivalent
