Responsible for the planning, coordination and management of launching Engineering Changes into the production plant. Manages and leads activities with local and cross-functional team to successfully implement engineering changes by meeting customer requirements without customer or production disruption.
**Main responsibilities**
- Implement engineering changes in the plant by following Bosch procedures and directives,
involve and train all internal stakeholders in the plant.
- Take the change coordinator role (implementation) in the plant for all the global and local changes, evaluate and define the interaction of the plant in each case. Coordinate all the internal activities to successfully implement the changes.
- Administrate, track and control all changes, fulfil targets for duration and completion rate of all changes.
Coordinate the material master activities for all new PNs and lead the multidisciplinary team to complete the assigned tasks.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor university degree
- 2+ years of previous Engineering Change Coordination experience is preferable or 2+ Project Management / Launch Management experience with good understanding of the engineering changes or 5+ years experience working in manufacturing environment in engineering, production, quality or logistics will be also considered.
- Strong background with SAP, specifically in a production environment and material master experience is great advantage.

- Leadership skills:
You are able to manage and lead a cross-functional team to implement engineering changes.
