Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Engineering Change Coordinator.

**What you'll do**:
**Job summary**

The Engineering Change Coordinator will facilitate internal/external changes within the Queretaro PSD site. Ensuring permanent and temporary changes are effectively planned, tracked, implemented.

B. Liaise between engineering, manufacturing, quality and other relevant departments (such as project managers, supply chain, finance, Industrialization, marketing)
C. Collaborate with cross functional teams to address concerns and resolve issues
D. Coordinate follow-up meetings with different departments per business unit.
E. Collaborating with division and plant personnel to coordinate EC's; verifying that EC's and all documentation conform to policies and procedures and use the correct formats.
F. Take ownership to ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders are involved.
G. Support marketing & sales teams by helping answer Sales order actions.
H. Maintain, create, update Part numbers and Bill of Material as required
I. Develop ad manintainn EC metrics
J. Monitor risk assessment to higher rating ECs and escalate issues when needed.
K. Develop EC & CAD standards
L. Train organization on EC & CAD standards
M. Responsible for EC audits required by customer and ISO certifications.
N. Lead continuous Improvements to the EC process to keep it funcional according with business needs, keep process documents updated, and deployment.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required

**Years and area of experience required**
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, 2 years experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) administration.

**Technical knowledge**

**Required**:

- PLM Enovia experience
- SAP Experience
- BOM Interpretation
- Drawings interpretation
- English proficiency (both verbal and written)

**Soft skills**
- Drive for results, Autonomous, Effective problem identification and solution skills, Leadership, Ethical
