**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Assure the Change Feasibility in terms of timing, capacity, tooling, equipment and product is reviewed with all functional departments
- Initiate, organize, plan, direct and monitor all organizational functions needed to accomplish Customer/Internal milestones.
- Meet APQP and VDA requirements in every Engineering Change.
- Maintain Local and Engineering team reporting including updated timing plans, projections, issues decks (risk register) and necessary technical reports
- Ensure customer requirements are met in every Engineering change.
**Your Skills & Strenghts**:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
- APQP / VDA knowledge
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Fluency communication and written in English language is required (indispensable).
- Self organized and directed.
