Responsible for Master data and Plan to Manufacturing BOMs, Routings, Prod Versions, Classifications, etc, and support in new projects. She or He will be working in the department of Global Manufacturing in Queretaro, part of Global Operational Excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage Problem Report, and Engineering Change Request processes - PDMLinkPerform factory Engineering Changes Notice (ECN) implementationCoordinate meetings for new ECNs and guide meetings to follow up status for implementation of ECNsKeep BOMs, effective dates, items, up to date in SAPDefine the proper bill of material - SAPDefine the necessary tasks, communicate, and follow-up the activities for Master Data - SAPAssist on various projects as assigned, maintain deliverables in industrialization phasesRegister, update product technical related changes in SAP system - provide bill of material for production acc. to the SAP engineer guideEnsure effective internal and external communication of technical changes and new product parametersMaintain deliverables in industrialization phasesInvestigating Issues - Ability to develop expertise, adopt practical approaches and providing insightsHandle inquiries regarding all technical issues, information requests, provide technical support for sales, marketing, procurement, purchasing and for suppliers (questions, requests)Attend weekly meetings and provide status updates and reports for ProjectsQualifications & skills:Experience 0-3 years in the industryIndustrial Engineer or Mechanical or similarOral and written English (advance)ERP system or SAP is a plusDrawings interpretationEngineering changesMust have: Advanced English.What makes us different?At Nilfisk, we know that great collaborators make a great company.
