If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.**#LI-DNI****NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | ENGINEERING COORDINATOR****PIEDRAS NEGRAS, COAHUILA | PLANT III****Job description**:You will be responsible to planning, organize, control human, material and financial resources assigned for the fulfillment of engineering work programs or projects.This function includes establishing priorities, coordination, and adjustments for compliance with the objectives, indicators and goals of the department, evaluating the efficiency of the results obtained.- Propose development and innovation plans, use of new technologies to optimize processes and operational improvements.- Guarantee the quality and improvement of processes and the correct NPI.- Develop and implement methods and procedures for project monitoring.- Ensure the correct compliance with the specifications of the customer plans, through the validation and adjustment of equipment, material handling, work instructions, validation runs, run & rate, and FMEA.- Actively participate in monitoring quality systems and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and requirements of IATF:16949.**Desired skills and knowledge**:- Completed University studies (degree or intern letter) Industrial Engineering or related field.- Requires 5+ years of experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment.
