AmesburyTruth is looking for an Engineering and Maintenance Sr Manager to join our team in Juarez.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and uptime.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Spearhead initiatives to optimize production processes, improve equipment performance, and reduce costs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in plastic injection molding technology and best practices, integrating them into our operations.Drive a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental sustainability throughout all engineering and maintenance activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master Degree preferred.Proven experience at least of 10 years in a leadership role within engineering and maintenance, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.Expertise in automotive plastic injection molding processes and equipment.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives effectively.Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,762.12 - $472,218.64 per yearWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
