Advises the administration on engineering problems and assists the production management using statistical and engineering techniques and tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, TQM, TPM, JIT, etc.
Elaborates negotiates and manages the objectives and budgets of the engineering department, as well as strategies and action plans

to meet these objectives.
Supervises and coordinates the activities with the direct reports to facilitate the implementation and operation of the engineering systems of the VS
Review engineering designs in compliance with customer requirements to engineering principles and organization standards.
Validates and authorizes the procedures and operating standards of the engineering function.
