You will work with a dedicated group of engineers to launch and grow Scale's emerging products.You will:- Own large new areas within our product- Deliver experiments at a high velocity and level of quality to engage our customers- Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production- Be able, and willing, to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly- Build the local engineering team in Mexico- Build a strong team culture.Ideally you'd have:- 4+ years of full-time engineering experience, post-graduation- Prior startup experience- Ability to and comfort with making architectural decisions autonomously and proactively.- At least 1 year of experience managing or leading engineering teams.- Deep knowledge of React, Node, HTML/CSS and MongoDB.- Fluent in written and spoken English.
