Engineering Manager

**TORO COMPANY DE MEXICO****Solicita**:**Engineering Manager****Descripción y Requisitos****Job Purpose**:Performs all managerial responsibilities for the manufacturing engineering team as well as assisting with maintenance, tooling, environmental compliance, new products, and capital project work. Ensures all safety, quality and production standards are met or exceeded and that utilization of the Lean principles are built into every process and project. Partners with the leadership team in developing and implementation of long-range plans to assure the facility continues to stay technologically advanced in capital equipment and engineering human resources.**Job Qualifications**:**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering**Experience**:- Advanced English Skills- Minimum of six to eight years of experience in a manufacturing environment plus minimum two years supervisory experience- 3D modeling, mechanical design**Preferred**:- Eight to ten years of experience in a production fabrication environment plus five years supervisory experience. Automation experience including MIG welding.**Skills**:- Strong Engineering skills and deep product knowledge- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a large range of people including Operations leaders, production team members, and all departments within the company- Leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong understanding of Lean conceptsPuesto: Gerente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
