If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Engineering Manager**, based in **Alpha Plant** (E-Systems Division).As a Engineering Manager you will have the opportunity to assure the suitable use of technical, human, financial and Plant installation resources for an execution without faults in terms of quality, delivery and cost for the engineering changes of the programs assigned to the Manufacturing Plant.**Your tasks will be**:- Prepare the plant's financial plan.- Coordinates initial preparation of documents for capital spending approvals (PAR/Pre PAR).- Responsible for the administration and control of program spending through TIS (Tooling Information System)- Prepare, manages, and maintains the plant manning updated for each of the programs in the plant.- Manage, review, monitor and control that the investments and expenses for the implementation of engineering changes are within budget.- Ensure the necessary machinery and equipment is delivered and installed to meet the required process capacity, according to the processes and design of the manufacturing system.- Manage, review, and control the investments and expenses for the engineering changes are within budget.- Coordinates all activities relative to implementation of engineering changes.- Coordinates multifunctional staff of the plant, for the correct execution of product transfers from one plant to another.**To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have**:- Bachelor's degree on Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related.- 5+ years as managerial role at automotive industry.- Personnel management.- Self directed.- Bilingual English / Spanish (C1/C2 level) is a must.- Responsible and disciplined.- Proactive.- Team player.- Communicative.- High level of analysis.- Proficient with Microsoft Office. #LI-DNI
