Engineering Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Oversee the design and development of industrial equipment, focusing on mechanical aspects such as GD&T, machining, and fabrication.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical design and IoT capabilities into product development.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control procedures.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and enhance product performance.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Strong background in GD&T, machining, fabrication, and industrial equipment design.

Experience in electrical design and IoT integration is a plus.

Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to production.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per month

- Solidworks: 7 years (required)
