Position: Engineering Manager
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working as an engineering manager in the plastics industry.
- Special Courses (preferred): Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, quality control systems ISO4064 Standard.
Activities:
- Recruit, coach, and mentor engineering staff to deliver excellence to both internal and external customers.
- Establish clear, measurable goals and objectives aligned with corporate strategic direction.
- Manage technical support to sustain company-wide growth initiatives, strategy, and cost reductions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs through process and system streamlining, including modifying responsibilities, consolidating tasks, eliminating non-value-added processes, or complete process re-engineering.
- Demonstrate leadership competence by rehabilitating troubled workcells or assisting during product launches.
- Drive consistent and structured work content throughout the enterprise.
- Optimize processes and manage resources effectively.
- Ensure parts meet specified requirements.
- Supervise personnel to ensure adherence to continuous improvement processes and safety protocols.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facility.
- Monitor and follow up on KPIs and goals.
- Develop and implement work plans.
- Promote a safety culture among the team.
- Support and implement safety tools, including Pre-Task Plans, Safe Operating Practices, Safety Observation Tours, and Incident Investigations.
- Proficiency in plastic processing techniques is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
