The role will manage a portfolio of projects across multiple locations and potentially supervise project engineers leading their own portfolio of work. Projects in scope can be of multi discipline: civil, mechanical, electrical, energy, automation, MES. The internal key stakeholders to collaborate with are manufacturing cluster, plant leadership, global engineering, quality and safety functions.- The Engineering Manager, Project Execution can also be responsible to support the Barry Callebaut Engineering COE department for the study and preparation of an assigned strategic investment project.- The Engineering Manager, Project Execution reports to the cluster Director of Engineering execution.- The internal key stakeholders to collaborate with are manufacturing cluster and plant leadership, global engineering, GBS engineers, external engineering companies, local engineering, quality & safety functions.**Key responsibilities include**:- Project preparation and information phase_- Performs detailed analysis of required processes, defines setup and equipment required. Communicates with all relevant stakeholders on the definitions of the project.- Coordinates, assists and guides single large or multiple project teams at one given time
