What do you get to do in this position? Technical supervision of HW & SW resources for current and future projects according to the portfolio roadmap. Develop technical competency and proficiency in the team aligned with the ambition of the local and regional organization. Establish individual and collective performance goals for the team, as well as their periodic review and annual performance evaluation. Provide productivity tools to the team for the execution of tasks, as well as the necessary training for their use. Facilitate the formation and growth of a "Digital Network" in North America in order to promote structured career plans aligned with the business. This job might be for you if you have the following qualifications: 8+ years of experience developing embedded systems (software and hardware). Technical knowledge of electronics, controllers, inverters, and firmware integration at the device level. Knowledge of C/C++, Python, and repository management through DevOps. Knowledge of DFMEA, FTA, Reliability, and Safety assessments. Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, robotics, or similar. Desirable master's degree. General knowledge of manufacturing processes (electronics, assembly, and end of line testing). 5+ years of experience working under Agile methodology. Excellent communication and execution management. 5+ years of experience managing work teams. Advanced English. Spoken and written.
