Engineering Operations Analyst I

Responsibilities:- Headcount tracking and forecasting.- Consolidating and managing capital expenditures.- Supporting engineering initiatives and projects.- Tracking and managing engineering KPIs.- Driving process improvement.A must:- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).- Fluency in English (written and verbal).- Visa to travel to the USA (Training and KPI presentations).Preferred requirements:- Data management and analysis experience (**Excel**, TM1, Tempus, Tableau, **PowerBI**, etc.
).- Experience supporting Engineering Operations, Engineering Finance, or **project management**.- Certification in **Lean Six Sigma** or project management.- Quick learner of new processes and tools.- Intermediate Excel skills.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.- Self-motivated team player.- Excellent communication skills.- Leadership.Note: Other duties as assigned.
