**Engineering Ops Analyst in **Tijuana Office**
- Review customer invoices according to regional and international contracts/proposals/PO
- Review invoice details received from Accounting before submitting to customer; request invoice correction if necessary
- Daily monitoring of money wires and unclaimed cash reports
- Monitor outstanding invoices and A/R Aging
- Perform monthly audit of project allocation for errors
- Submit invoice requests to Accounting
- Gather and/or prepare invoice supporting documentation (local or international tax forms, work completion certificates, timesheets, work/activity reports)
- Claim incoming payments and prepare monthly billing report for project accounting allocation
- Create and maintain customer database with customers' individual billing procedures
- Contact customers regarding past due invoices, in local or international markets
- Onboard new customers in supplier/billing portals
- Level of Responsibility:
- Working under close supervision.
- Position will require periodic evening calls for reviews with overseas operations
- Ability to focus on details, multitasking, and perform activities timely and with quality output
- Ability to learn and adapt to existing and new systems
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 2 to 4 years relevant industry experience in processing, analysis and operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly organize and articulate information.
- Hands-on expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Functions/Formulas & Microsoft Power Point
- Knowledge of OracleOBIEE, Tableau/ BI tools
- Excellent analytical skills and eye for detail
