Job Description Single point of contact for Quality Assurance of the assigned project (s) Ensure usage of correct quality methods and processes in product development Independent evaluations of processes or work products. Obtain information, propose solutions, and to monitor compliance with defined quality assurance measures Independently reports the status of project quality in the department Escalates to the next level in Q-Organization, in case of quality concerns for the project Supports the projects in continuous improvement activities with a quality mindset and better work product quality Ensures the overall quality of 8Ds in the department Maintain Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan (PSQAP) for the assigned projects Reports the Department's Quality State to the Quality Head Qualifications BS or equivalent in Software Engineering with / without Post Graduation in Quality related topics Overall 8-10 years of working experience 2 -3 years of Quality assurance and process consultancy Experience in automotive product role (Design, development, testing) working with cross functional teams, supporting customers both internal and external Working experience in SW development and SW Quality Assurance Good knowledge of ASPICE, CMMi, ISO9001 / ISO TS – 16949, IATF models and standards Process Definition and Quality Assurance (Process Deployment) experience Good knowledge about FMEA, QG, Six Sigma topics Knowledge of Quality Methods with the ability to drive to root cause of specific concerns using quality tools and problem-solving techniques Additional Skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Experience in Automotive industry Passionate about SW Quality methodologies, tools and processes Self-driven and Self-motivated to achieve targets Adaptive to challenging situations Willingness to learn SW tools for performing quality checks effectively Fluency in foreign language (English) Additional Information Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
