Verify first article inspection (FAI), analyze requirements, incorporate changes to documentation and resolve findings. Analyze requirements (develop concepts that initiate a tooling order and harmonize purchase dates and rework related to tooling designs). Identify operations that do not add value, proposing optimization solutions to the production line. Implement, coordinate, and prioritize changes to production line configuration with robust tracking of change management process activities. Provide technical support of production line manufacturing processes. Monitor and report timely progress of projects assigned to their function identifying risks and solutions for on-time delivery. Develop and optimize manufacturing sequence visual aids using ergonomics standards with proper use of risk analysis methodology. Define and incorporate standard times in work instructions to ensure proper product costing. Document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned to ensure product integrity according to design requirements. Promote decision making based on cost benefit analysis for adherence to established department/program budget.How to thrive in this role?You have minimum 5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing process (structures). You hold a Bachelor´s Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Industrial Engineering or related field. You have experience in manufacturing processes of machining and chemical treatments on metallic parts (chemical milling, shot peening, paint, chemical treatments, etc.). You have a strong technical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, aerodynamics subjects, GD&T methodology, configuration and revision of Technical Drawings. Knowledge in SAP management is desirable
