KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Growth Formulate and execute strategies for profitable growth of HCCI & GESDeliver on Annual Operating Plan for Volume, Productivity, Change order / Upsell etc.Be accountable for Census & Resource Cost management (OEF)Collaborate well with diverse stakeholders like GES resources / global business & engineering leaders / Function leaders to deliver resultsWork with Global team for Planning & execution of Projects and Large ProgramProject Delivery & Customer Success Be a champion of innovation and digitization to deliver projects efficiently and achieve productivity targetsEnsure project delivery within cost budgets and Schedule timelinesResponsible for Channel Partner management process – Deliver required volume and quality through outsourcing, ensure compliance to contingent worker governance process etc.Deploy quality management processes to meet internal/external customer requirements and eliminate cost of poor quality.People & Competency Management Leading Project Manager Team, working on team upskilling, driving retention and fostering an inclusive cultureBuild a strong diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successorsBuild skills / competencies for various product / solutions of HCCI – Operator competence, process optimization, Asset management, Productivity/safety solutions, Energy management etc.Foster a work environment of trust and transparency, own career growth and development of peopleKnowledge Management Establish process to manage knowledge and skill across a diverse team, ensure overall upskilling of resources to keep them current with technology trends and product innovationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical/ Mechanical/ Computer Science preferred), Master's degree is an added advantage.Solid experience in engineering/operations/program management, and in team leadership roleExperience of delivering advance application / solution projects, consulting services etc. in Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemical, Chemical, MMM, Paper & Pulp industries.WE VALUEDemonstrated ability of managing large pool of engineering resources with diverse skills and experience profiles.Strong business acumen to drive growth and profitability.Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, technology, marketing, sourcing as well as external customers.
