In this context, Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corp. is seeking a highly talented, motivated, creative, and experienced leader in program engineering management. For this critical role, our expectations are to focus on the planning and execution oversight of a portfolio of Engineering activities to ensure their effective, methodical, and successful execution. Further, in this role, people management / soft skills, coaching and mentoring, are all key requirements to be successful in this role.You will be immersed in the Engineering product design, development, and sustainment environment and will shepherd projects from concept through to prototype validation and then production ramp collaboratively with other members of the greater multi-functional team such as the New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager.What you will do: Support the planning and the delivery of the overall Engineering Component programs and associated activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization by establishing and maintaining the program charter(s) and program plans via collaboration with the Engineering technical leads, Subject Matter Experts, Engineering Management and Sales. Support the establishment of, and management of programs baseline plans, scheduling, critical path, and technology risks areas for execution. Cross-functionally communicate key development updates, risks and timeline on projects as well as presenting to the Executive team as required
