.Description**Engineering Project Manager**Job Summary The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for managing fulfillment and engineering projects related to new client launches, capital investments, and cost savings opportunities. This position requires strong engineering and project management skills. This role involves intermittent travel while supporting multiple projects at one of our fulfillment centers across the US.**Responsibilities**- Develop and manage project plans and milestones for various fulfillment related projects - client requests, capacity enhancements, automation testing and implementations, hardware/software changes, etc.- Manage and assist with new client launches. Support the design of storage and processing areas, develop new workflows and procedures, work closely with vendors to procure equipment, and manage any required build-out or construction within the facility.- Manage and assist with new fulfillment center launches. Support overall facility design exercises, manage new system and equipment installations, ensure safe and cost-efficient procedures are followed throughout the project duration.- Analyze data from potential fulfillment clients to create costing estimates used to structure new client agreements.- Support the design of storage and processing areas, develop new workflows and procedures, work closely with vendors to procure equipment, and manage any required build-out or construction within the facility.- Work with the Warehouse Management (WMS) team to develop the optimal system design and configuration for the operations team.- Perform detailed analysis on new clients to compare productivity, accuracy, and overall performance to new client business models.- Develop and manage complex databases utilized to make intelligent business decisions.- Assist with operational and financial forecasting, staffing, productivities, capital expenditures, justifications, improvement analyses, etc.- Perform detailed studies on launched new partners to compare accuracy to models.- Statistical analysis and reporting on client profitability and overall contribution to Radial.**Requirements**:- Support overall facility design exercises, manage new system and equipment installations, ensure safe and cost-efficient procedures are followed throughout the project duration.- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience.- Minimum of at least five years of Project Management experience within a distribution/warehousing environment required. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis in MS Project, Excel, Access, and Visual Basic programming.- AutoCad proficiency required.- WMS and SQL experience desired.- MOST modeling experience.- Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen experience desired.- Effective oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
