Engineering Project Manager I (Project Coordinator)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will give you the opportunity to support product manufacturing delivery to a diverse assortment of customers around the world.The focus of this role will be to partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Logistics teams within Bose to oversee an efficient delivery of our products. Helping to define and improve best practices and processes will provide tremendous exposure and growth opportunity to the person in this role.**Requirements**:BS degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical) with 1+ years of experience in project support is required. Some exposure to product lifecycle management, product development, and team coordination is valued.Key skills include:Communication and organizational skills.Leadership and problem-solving skills.Basic understanding/interest in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering design and manufacturing process.Understanding of Project Management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management Software (Windchill or other) is a plus.Exposure to SAP ERP or equivalent material planning and forecasting tools is a plus.Automotive exposure is a plus.Some travel may be required.English fluency.Lean six-sigma or formal problem-solving experience is a plus.
