You will be leading Major Capacity Increase Projects from design phases to construction execution work. Leading multifunctional teams with several interactions between our internal and external resources. We rely on our engineers in manufacturing to manage and execute projects, build new facilities, install new processes and packing equipment, and implement new technologies to the highest of standards. From the beginning, you will be leading meaningful projects and guiding teams that will impact the production of globally recognized branded products.Your role as Project Manager:Lead current and future engineering projects; the scope will include facilities, utilities, and machine transfers, delivering outstanding and highly efficient systems at our manufacturing sites.Set direction and manage cost, schedule, and resources for different projects.Lead project reviews with key stakeholders and Project Leaders.Learn and master P&G Project Management tools, Capital Systems, Cost Control, and Construction methodologies.Key player to guarantee the Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF) in the manufacturing products.
