**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales engineer or customer-facing role and be passionate about technical sales and working with customers and solving their problems.
Adhesive experience a plus.
- The successful person is driven and self-motivated with the ability to speak effectively and convincingly at all levels of the customer's organization.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- To perform this job successfully individuals must be proficient on a personal computer as well as mobile devices and have knowledge of mathematics, Database software, Inventory software, Project Management software, Spreadsheet software, and CRM software.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
