Engineering Superintendent

Essential duties and responsibilities
- Support program launch activities to ensure new products delivery on time, reach the project milestones and on expenses budget
- BOM & Routings, audits, updates and validation, ensuring the information in PLM & SAP
- Manage the capital and projects related to area of responsibility including justifications and capital request
- Responsible for validation and approval of all equipment prior to start up
- Ensure compliance with all related IATF-16949, ISO 14001 and plant audits (internal and external)
- Develop and keep updated the procedures related to the responsibility area
- Ensure accomplishment of PFMEA reviews according to schedule
- Ensure all PPAPs and process documentation on time and updated, including the operational team training.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of related experience coordinating engineering teams at automotive industry
- Project Management experience desirable
- Desirable experience in fiber products production processes or similar
- Desirable Lean manufacturing experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
- Microsot Office sofware highly skilled user
- MS Project
- Minitab is a plus
- Desirable Auto-Cad
- Very fluent in English
