WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Responsible for directly managing a team of Technical Engineers, defining resources, and organizing teams based on project needs and its achievement
- Control project chronogram, crossing scope and cost.
- Ensure a proper engineering documentation, quality assurance & control for engineering Services (Design Solution / Value Engineering / Technical Reports / Memory Calculation )
- Periodical reports and project follow-ups about execution status
- Ensure the adherence of projects trough segmented and focused KPI's and OKR's
- Lead Team Meetings to review and approach our focused tasks and goals.
**2% of our profit goes to the Hilti Foundation and is used for voluntary projects on education, science and social development.**

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

WHAT YOU NEED IS
- Training required: Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum technical details required:
- Know how in usage of structural engineering software (R-Stab, SAP2000, Nastran)
- knowledge about plant design software (SmartPlant 3D or E3D)
- Structural engineering background
- Spanish and English are a must, Portuguese or French is a Plus
