- Purpose of the position:
- Person in charge of the electrical testing process of the Reliability material, is responsible for executing the electrical test of the circuits on the different platforms in the test area after being stressed, as well as performing the electrical configuration of part numbers to be evaluated.- 1. Review and verify electrical test programs with engineering- 2. Review the configurations of the fixtures in the tool bench- 3.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of Reliability equipment- 4.
Support in configuration of electrical test equipment- 5.
Run the electrical test of units and boards- 6.
Save the data obtained from electrical test history of the circuits- 7.
Check failed circuits and send them for analysis to FA- 8.
Update Ratings database- 9. Review the priorities of each of the Reliability programs- 10.
Run electrical test configuration for units and boards- 11.
Provide support in electrical testing on MCM devices- 12.
Configure the boards and sources for the HAST/HTOL equipment- 13.
Download and review electrical test data- 14.
Send daily activity report- Profile:
