If your skills can help save lives, you'll find a home at Autoliv.Where you'll work:Aguascalientes Plant | On siteWhat you'll do:Responsible for the development and execution of steering wheel pattern design.Pattern Development: Main activity is design and development of the 2D leather/ACF, mat (HE, HOD, foam) pattern design based on the 1P1P guidelines in AS100 projects and AS7 as needed.Lead, execute and support various project activities during technical critical phases of awarded programs.Will be responsible for the product (leather-ACF/HOD-HE/foam under leather) validation per customer requirements in time to support production launch.Develop designs that are aligned with the customers' needs and Autoliv's product/process roadmap.
This will require collaboration with all CFT team members, interface with OEMs, internal supporting groups, manufacturing facilities, and suppliers.PU wax model (tuning modification) to improve craftsmanship of the wheel (gaps, over flush, etc.
