JOB STATEMENTService Engineer is responsible for the support and technical services within the assigned territory. This Engineer will be capable of providing technical support to customers.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPreparing reports on customer service.Coordination of services with client and contractors.Support and technical support to sales staff.Preparation and delivery of training to clients.Attention to customers via email or telephone when requested.Technical advice from our teams and field competition.Send via email weekly planning to sales and service staff.Make good use of assigned vehicle and tools.Managing financial resources allocated for your trip.Introduce training necessary for their development.Quality control of components.Generate proposals for continuous improvements in Metso Outotec.Work of engineering, equipment supply, and installation process.Work in liaison as technical support.Maintain a site Health & Safety program as defined by each project.During contract execution, apply all mechanical knowledge.RELATIONSHIPSReports directly to Spot service Manager.INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL INTERFACESService organizationMining BL Contract ManagersLocal Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Safety & Health organizationCustomersSuppliersLocal and foreign manufacturing plants.POSITION SPECIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
