Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.Job Summary:**Responsibilities**:- Design, develop and deliver Global Engineering training programs for various levels of Engineering leaders, managers, and employees.- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements.- Design and develop training programs using instructional design principles and techniques, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.- Establish Global relationships and partnerships that effectively work across Global business and functional teams on Engineering learning initiatives.- Manage and support training organization such as event planning, LMS (Learning Management System) tracking, and coordinating class resources.- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.- Coordinate and communicate effectively across global Engineering teams using multiple communication tools and technology.- Foster a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardized processes.
