That's why our customers rely on Molex to help them master change and create the most important breakthroughs through powerful innovation, engineering excellence, end-to-end supply chain optimization, and world-class manufacturing capabilities.**What You Will Do**- 5 years of experience in process support.3 years of experience as an electronic & Mechanical assembly process engineer.Data analysis and process improvementKnowledge of 5's and Lean ManufacturingStandard Time Calculations**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Development, development and release of Internal Control Documents (Visual Aids, Procedures, Instructions, AMEF)Lean Six Sigma certificationProject Management certification (preferred)**What Will Put You Ahead**- Perform data analysis and implement process improvements.Coordinate process technicians for supporting and proper functioning of the area.Support production floor, for solving process problems.Keep area documentation up to date (Visual Aids, Procedures, and Instructions)Improve mechanical assemblies processImplement new technologies using Vision equipment's, and poka yoke fixtures. Mass production processes technologiesLead Kaizen process improvementsUnderstand, support, and contribute to the current Molex Total Quality Management Systems (TQM), Six Sigma, International Organization of Standards (ISO) and Environment, and/or Health and Safety Management Systems (EH&S) following established policies and procedures.Understand, follow, and respect the provisions described in Molex Code of Conduct and Ethics, LFT (Federal Labor Law), RIT (Internal Labor Regulation) and other regulations applicable to Molex Mexico.
