**Requirements**:
- Full-Time employees must be on-site.
- High level of speaking and writing in English
- One year of experience in Call Centers sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Types 35 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Utilizes organizational and time-management skills.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance and ethical standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell financial services.
- Handle calls, provide information about services to help customers make a buy decision..
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Use CRM software to track calls, sales, and customer information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide feedback to the team and management on customer preferences, needs, and sales performance.
