Job Opportunity:Job Responsibilities- Deliver lesson plans in a way that engages students and gets them excited aboutlearning.- Set clear goals for English language and knowledge acquisition, and continuouslyassess academic progress.- Inform the school leader and the Board of Directors of learning progress- Merge into the school culture, and actively participate in the school's continuoustraining program.Job Skills & Requirements:- 100% Fluency in English is a must.- Preferred bachelor's degree in Education, English, or other areas of studycompatible with Teaching.- At least 1-2 years of teaching experience and a track record of mentoring kids.- Ability to learn new skills and teaching methods.- Possess highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.- Excellent verbal and written English skills.- Organized, capable, flexible and able to multitask.Salary & benefits:- Monthly salary (gross) of $18,00 mexican pesos for full-time positions along withbenefit package.- Living accommodations may be arranged, cost to be assumed by the individual.- Transportation Guadalajara-La Laja may also be arranged.
