The primary objective is to inspire and engage students through innovative instructional methods, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth. As a Middle/High School Teacher, you will contribute to the development of critical thinking skills and cultivate a love for learning.
Daily: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum and educational standards.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment and manage student behavior.Design and administer assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and collaborate with special education staff.Integrate technology for enhanced learning and maintain regular communication with parents.Weekly: Participate in team meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and engage in professional development.Review student assessments, update parents, and collaborate on extracurricular activities.Bi-Weekly: Engage in Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings for collective reflection and improvement.Monthly: Conduct data analysis, plan professional development, and schedule individual student conferences.Collaborate with teachers, review the curriculum, and engage in community activities.Quarter: Collect and evaluate assessments, input grades, and provide qualitative comments for each student.Conduct parent-teacher conferences, analyze assessment data, and set goals for the next trimester.Annual: Compile final grades, write year-end comments, conduct classroom inventory, and organize student portfolios.Reflect on the academic year, plan for summer professional development, and facilitate teacher-led and student-led conferences.Eventual: Attend after-hours school events, engage in professional development, and participate in social service initiatives.Supervise extracurricular activities, plan parent engagement activities, and collaborate with external organizations.Participation in civil protection exercises and activities.We are a community that strives to analyze, reflect, innovate, and deliberate purposefully.
