Ensure proper functioning and optimization of productive resources (People, Materials, Equipment, Workstations, Floor space & Machines) considering workflow diagrams, continuous improvement and standardization of processes and procedures, thus aligning with the company's own objectives.

**What You Will Do:
- Owner of times and movements in production floor, using this information to execute Capacity Analysis for every Product, Process and different PN.
- Provide Industrial Engineer support to cross functional teams, including cycle time analysis & productivity improvement actions.
- Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining productive areas and Layout proposals.
- Direct contact with Facilities team to execute and tuning of production lines on production floor.
- Communicate effectively across teams in manufacturing, production control, quality, supervisors, maintenance and process engineers.
- Provide leadership and support to Continuous Improvement initiatives at the plant level including work studies to analyze work systems, developing standards, allowance or improve existing systems.
- Utilize and analyze Lean standards in everyday assignments including Line balancing, Value Stream Maps, DMAIC and others.
- Ensure the overall Industrial Engineering focus is aligned with the operations requirements and delivering value to the organization.
- Participate and lead problem solving sessions using structed approach and lean knowledge / methodologies.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:
- Knowledge in industrial, Mechanical/Mechatronic or Electronic Engineer.
- Experience in Industrial Engineer.
- Lean manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical and structural aptitude, and blueprint reading knowledge.
- Demonstrate ability to Kaizen knowledge.
- Problem solving and Practical and "hands-on."
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Excellent communication skills.
**What Will Put You Ahead:
- Experience in Production lines (HLA, SMT & Fiber optics)
- Well knowledge of SAP or other ERP.
- Fluent conversation in English 80% English (Spoken & Written).
