.**Your Job**We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven professional to take on the role of Engineering Manager. This position requires a versatile professional who can navigate NPI management landscapes with a hands-on approach. You will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects, while also contributing to the strategic development and enhancement of the organization's product portfolio and processes. All along actively seeking opportunities to support and enhance the activities of other key teams within the organization. Your hands-on approach will be pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery and innovation.**Our Team**Actively look for opportunities to support and collaborate with other teams within the organization, foster a culture of teamwork and mutual support, lending a hand where needed to drive collective success, share insights and expertise to contribute to the success of projects across the organization, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project and product status.**What You Will Do:- Ensure seamless transition of NPI from development to production- Interact with manufacturing, quality, and the NPI team through product launch- Act as key liaison between manufacturing team and NPI design center- Deeply understand how in-line performance and metrics correlate with customer expectations and performance- Identify opportunities of improvement across NPI portfolio- Responsible for improving, monitoring, and reporting manufacturing health (yield, failure paretos, etc.)- Experience with common packaging processes such as Die Attach, Wire bonding, adhesives, etc- Experience with test equipment (i.E. oscilloscopes)**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related scientific discipline- Two (2) or more years of direct management experience- Five (5) or more years of manufacturing or NPI experience- Proven ability to supervise a technical team and perform work with mínimal supervision- Ability to work seamlessly with others in a cross functional environment- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complicated thoughts or ideas into simple messages or stories (via presentations) that non technical staff can readily understand- Experience with optoelectronic manufacturing processes- Extensive experience with the product development lifecycle- Able to proficiently speak and write in English**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Experience with optoelectronic manufacturing processes**Who we are**As a Koch company, Molex is a leading supplier of connectors and interconnect, components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting industries from automotive to health care and consumer to data communications.
