TEAN (The Education Abroad Network) is seeking an Enrollment Associate. This full-time position is entirely based in Merida, Mexico. No international travel is associated with this position.
**Position Description**:

Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or Bachelors preferred
- Experience studying, living, or working abroad a plus
- Minimum one year of related relevant professional experience
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review and approve forms and uploaded documents, including the flight itinerary, photo, and passport copy. Follow up with Program Manager for students not arriving on the designated arrival day and time.
- Upload official electronic transcripts received and adjust student GPA and language level if applicable. Add additional documents, as necessary.
- Update courses, classes, and dates on the TEAN website.
- Order insurance, copying the Program Manager, for all students at designated sites.
- Complete online directories.
- Respond to correspondence and complete tasks from TEAN Program Managers and colleagues in a timely manner and as needed.
- Create individual program sessions on a cyclical basis for upcoming programs in a content management system
- Adjust prices, dates, and deadlines in a content management system
- Add and remove sessions on website interface and content management system
- Updating new or changed program details in an external Advisor facing excel
- Upload Advisor facing excel to website interface weekly
- Update and keep current Academic Directories (Terra Dotta, Abroad Office, Via TRM, Horizons)
- Provide support for financial aid and scholarship documents
