Position Summary:
The Enterprise Account Executive (Hunter) is responsible for driving revenue growth in Mexico and Caribbean region through both Sales efforts and relationship development.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage/track your enterprise consultative sales process (accounts list building, leads list building, lead cold outreach, discovery calls, tech demos, proposal/contract negotiation and account management).
Formulate and track business planning in the CRM on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Understand TransPerfects full line of business in order to design each solution according to clients needs.
Contribute with the ramp-up of the consultative business development team.
Travel (including multiple annual conferences, regional training and client meetings) - domestic and/or international.

What You Have:
Advanced English for internal communication.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1.5 years of experience working in the same company with prospection.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Experience with a consultative sales life cycle - from lead generation until discovery call/demo scheduling. (It will be a differential if you have experience working at the enterprise level).
Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
Experience updating CRM information on a daily basis.
Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Differential Experience with SugarCRM / Sales Navigator / ZoomInfo.
