**Responsibilities**
- Define user needs and specify essential functionalities for EAM solutions.
- Collaborate on developing test cases and scenarios to ensure functionality meets requirement.
- Design and recommend process improvements, integrating industry trends.
- Propose proactive, value-driven enhancements to improve user experience.
- Document requirements and collaborate with teams to ensure effective implementation.
**Requirements**:
- Over **5** years of experience working directly with Enterprise Asset Management (**EAM**) and/or Preventive Maintenance Management Systems (**PMMS**).
- Previous experience as a **Consultant **or Business Analyst (**BA**).
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Conversational English B2 or higher.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Working with government institutions or agencies.
- Involvement with power plants or water treatment facilities.
- Managing asset maintenance software.
Building, bridge, and road construction and maintenance.
