Enterprise Identity And Access Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Leader to join our team at Micron Technology in Guadalajara, Mexico.As the IAM Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the IAM operations team, ensuring efficient and effective identity and access management services. You will collaborate with the IAM team in India to provide seamless coverage and support.The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as experience with IAM tools, platforms, and integrations such as SailPoint. They will also have a good understanding of systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, and other directory services.The ideal candidate will have excellent prioritization capabilities, leadership, mentorship, motivational, and team management skills.
